We recently held the Safe Leadership Workshop, a meeting dedicated to reinforcing safety as a non-negotiable value at Reframax and to reflecting on the strategic role of leadership in building truly safe environments.

The program sparked in-depth reflections on HSE management, accident prevention, and the influence of leadership on the decisions, behaviors, and contexts created on a daily basis. The workshop was conducted by an external provider specializing in behavioral safety, who also addressed indicator analysis and practical activities aimed at strengthening safety management tools.
